The App requires access to your device’s camera to provide pose detection and rep counting functionality. Specifically:

  • Pose Data: Joint positions, angles (hip and knee), and body positioning are calculated from camera input
  • Local Processing: All camera frames and pose detection are processed locally on your device. Camera data is NOT stored, recorded, or transmitted to any external servers
  • SDK Validation: The QuickPose SDK may transmit minimal device and license information to validate your SDK license key, but does not transmit camera frames or personal images

3.2 Workout Data

When you complete workouts, we collect and store the following information locally on your device:

  • Number of reps completed (successful and failed)
  • Workout duration
  • Individual rep timing and timestamps
  • Average rep time
  • Workout mode settings (timer, rep goal, or free mode)
  • Date and time of workout sessions

3.3 Subscription and Purchase Information

If you purchase a premium subscription:

  • Transaction Data: Subscription status, purchase dates, and product identifiers are managed by Apple through StoreKit
  • Apple Handles Payment: We do not collect or store your payment information. All payment processing is handled securely by Apple
  • Local Storage: Your subscription status is cached locally on your device for app functionality

  • SDK Licensing: To validate the QuickPose SDK license key for pose detection functionality

5.1 Local Storage

All workout data is stored locally on your device using Apple’s CoreData framework. This data includes:

  • Workout sessions and statistics
  • Individual rep records
  • User preferences and settings
  • Subscription status cache

This data remains on your device and is not synchronized to cloud services or external servers.

5.2 Data Security

We implement appropriate technical measures to protect your information:

  • Local data storage uses iOS security features and device encryption
  • Camera processing occurs in real-time with no persistent storage of visual data
  • Subscription data is managed through Apple’s secure StoreKit framework

However, please note that no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The App integrates with the following third-party services:

6.1 QuickPose SDK

We use QuickPose AI’s SDK for pose detection and biomechanics tracking:

  • Purpose: Computer vision and pose detection functionality
  • Data Shared: Device information and license key for SDK validation only
  • Privacy Policy: QuickPose AI’s privacy policy applies to their SDK services
  • Data Processing: Pose detection is performed locally on-device; camera frames are not transmitted

6.2 Apple StoreKit

We use Apple’s StoreKit framework for in-app purchases:

  • Purpose: Subscription management and payment processing
  • Data Shared: Transaction information managed by Apple

7. Data Retention

Your data is retained as follows:

  • Workout Data: Stored locally on your device until you delete it manually or uninstall the App

You can delete all workout data at any time through the App’s settings or by deleting individual workout sessions.

Your data is stored locally on your device. The only data transmission that may occur is SDK validation with QuickPose AI’s servers (which may be located outside the UK/EEA). We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, regulatory, or operational reasons. When we make changes:
