What is a monthly active user?
A monthly active user is any user of your application that engages with your app. There are no extra charges for multiple sign-ins or increased activity per user.
Are all the capabilities in the Free tier really free?
Yes! We want to enable apps that are early in their journey with powerful & frictionless AI integration that helps them grow. Our Free tier is fully-featured, does NOT have a watermark on any of the features.
Do I move to the Basic tier if I hit the MAU?
Yes. You move to the Pro tier if your app has either more than 2,000 user.
Can I get custom pricing?
Special pricing for education, non profit organizations, charities, as well as volume discounts are available. Speak with us about a plan that works for you.
How will I be charged?
When you go over the 2,000 MAU limit, you will be asked to provide your payment information, which will be securely processed by Stripe, our payment processor.
Stripe supports a wide range of payment methods, including credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Can I change or cancel my plan at any time?
Yes, you can change or cancel your plan at any time. We understand that your needs may change over time, and we want to provide you with the flexibility to adjust your subscription accordingly.
What happens when my MAU usage drops below the previous limit?
If your monthly active user (MAU) usage drops below your previous limit, you will automatically be downgraded to the plan that corresponds with your new usage level. This means that your billing amount will be adjusted accordingly, and you will only be charged for the plan that you are currently on.
For example, let's say that you were previously on our "Pro" plan, which allows for up to 10,000 MAUs per month. If your MAU usage drops below 10,000 in the following month, you will automatically be downgraded to our "Basic" plan, which allows for up to 5,000 MAUs per month. Your billing amount will be adjusted accordingly, and you will only be charged for the "Basic" plan.
Can I charge my users to use QuickPose's features?
Yes, you are allowed to charge users to use QuickPose as a premium feature in your app.
