By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

- “Service” — the BikeFit AI application and all related services

- “Content” — all text, images, videos, and data within the App
- “User Data” — any data you provide or generate through use of the App

Account Registration

- Remove any proprietary notices from the App
- Use the App for any illegal purpose
- Interfere with the App’s operation
- Share your account credentials
- Use the App in any way that could damage or impair the Service
AI Analysis & Measurements
6.1 Understanding AI Results
The App uses artificial intelligence to analyze body measurements and provide bike fitting recommendations. You acknowledge that:
- Results are algorithmic suggestions, not medical advice
- Measurements may not be 100% accurate
- Recommendations should be verified by qualified professionals
- The Service is not a substitute for professional bike fitting services
6.2 Your Obligations
- Follow all measurement instructions carefully
- Provide accurate input data
- Use the results responsibly
- Not rely solely on the App for medical or professional advice
User Content & Data
7.1 License to Your Data
By using the App, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your User Data for:

- Your User Data doesn’t violate any third-party rights
- Your User Data complies with all applicable laws
Intellectual Property Rights
The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Sliced Backhand Ltd and protected by UK and international intellectual property laws.
Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written permission.
Payment Terms
Any fees for premium features or services will be clearly disclosed before purchase. All purchases are:
- Final and non-refundable unless required by law
- Subject to the terms of your app store provider
- Billed in the currency specified at purchase
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Measurements will be 100% accurate
- The Service will meet your specific requirements
- Any results or recommendations will be complete or reliable
Limitation of Liability
11.1 Exclusions
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or use
- Any damage resulting from reliance on the App’s measurements or recommendations
- Any injuries or accidents related to bike fitting or cycling activities
11.2 Cap on Liability
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sliced Backhand Ltd and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your User Data
- Your interaction with other users
Modifications to the Service
We reserve the right to:
- Modify or discontinue the Service at any time
- Update these Terms at any time
- Change our fees upon notice
Termination

You may terminate these Terms by discontinuing use of the Service and deleting your account.
