What is a monthly active user?
A monthly active device is any device that uses the your app with QuickPose.
There are no extra charges for multiple sign-ins or increased activity per device.
Are all the capabilities in the Free tier really free?
Yes! We want to enable apps that are early in their journey with powerful & frictionless AI integration that helps them grow. Our Free tier is fully-featured, does NOT have a watermark on any of the features.
Do I move to the Launch tier if I hit the device limit?
Yes. You move to the Launch tier if your app has more than 100 monthly active devices.
Can I get custom pricing?
Special pricing for education, non profit organizations, charities, as well as volume discounts are available. Speak with us about a plan that works for you.
How will I be charged?
When you go over the 100 device limit, you will be asked to provide your payment information, which will be securely processed by Stripe, our payment processor.
Stripe supports a wide range of payment methods, including credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Can I change or cancel my plan at any time?
Yes, you can change or cancel your plan at any time. We understand that your needs may change over time, and we want to provide you with the flexibility to adjust your subscription accordingly.
