When you go over the 500 device limit, you will be asked to provide your payment information, which will be securely processed by Stripe, our payment processor.

Yes, you can change or cancel your plan at any time. We understand that your needs may change over time, and we want to provide you with the flexibility to adjust your subscription accordingly.

If your monthly active device (MAD) usage drops below your previous limit, you will automatically be downgraded to the plan that corresponds with your new usage level. This means that your billing amount will be adjusted accordingly, and you will only be charged for the plan that you are currently on.

For example, let's say that you were previously on our "Pro" plan, which allows for up to 10,000 MADs per month. If your MAD usage drops below 10,000 in the following month, you will automatically be downgraded to our "Basic" plan, which allows for up to 5,000 MADs per month. Your billing amount will be adjusted accordingly, and you will only be charged for the "Basic" plan.
