QuickPose is owned and operated by Sliced Backhand Ltd. By accessing our app, QuickPose, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing QuickPose. The materials contained in QuickPose are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
This document outlines the terms of service for the use of QuickPose AI SDK and JointTrack API, provided by Sliced Backhand Ltd.
In this agreement, “QuickPose AI SDK” and “JointTrack API” refers to the software development kit and application programming interface provided by Sliced Backhand Ltd, respectively, and “User” refers to the individual or entity using the SDK and API.
2. Use Licence
QuickPose AI SDK and JointTrack API are licensed to the User under the Apache 2.0 license, subject to the terms of this agreement.
The User agrees to use QuickPose AI SDK and JointTrack API only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the terms of this agreement. The User is responsible for any and all uses of the SDK and API made under their account.
To access certain features of QuickPose AI SDK and JointTrack API, the User is required to create an account. The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for any and all activities that occur under their account.
The use of QuickPose AI SDK and JointTrack API may be subject to fees, which the User agrees to pay in a timely manner.
3. Disclaimer
QuickPose AI SDK and JointTrack API are provided on an “as is” basis without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. Sliced Backhand Ltd makes no warranty that the service will meet the User’s requirements or be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis.
Further, Sliced Backhand does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to QuickPose.
Sliced Backhand does not offer medical advice or diagnoses, or engage in the practice of medicine. Our Services are not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment and are offered for informational and communicative purposes only. The Services are not intended to be, and must not be taken to be, the practice of medicine or other healthcare advice by Sliced Backhand. The Services are not meant to diagnose or treat any conditions – only your medical professional can determine the right course of treatment for you and determine what is safe, appropriate and effective based on your needs. Reliance on any information provided by Sliced Backhand or in connection with the Services is solely at your own risk. You are solely responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on the information and materials available through the Services.
4. Limitations
To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Sliced Backhand Ltd will not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the service.
5. Imdemnification
The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Sliced Backhand Ltd, its affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from the User’s use of QuickPose AI SDK and JointTrack API.
6. Accuracy of Material
The materials appearing in QuickPose could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Sliced Backhand does not warrant that any of the materials on QuickPose are accurate, complete or current. Sliced Backhand may make changes to the materials contained in QuickPose at any time without notice. However Sliced Backhand does not make any commitment to update the materials.
7. Links
Sliced Backhand has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its app and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Sliced Backhand of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user’s own risk.
8. Termination
Termination: Sliced Backhand Ltd may terminate this agreement at any time with or without cause. The User may terminate this agreement at any time by discontinuing use of QuickPose AI SDK and JointTrack API.
9. Modification
Sliced Backhand may revise these terms of service for its app at any time without notice. By using QuickPose you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service. Sliced Backhand Ltd reserves the right to modify these terms of service at any time with 30 days notice.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location. Sliced Backhand has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its app and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Sliced Backhand of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user’s own risk.
